1. What are your delivery times?
Our orders are usually prepared within 24 to 48 hours.
Average delivery times are 6 to 10 working days in mainland France and Europe.

2. Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, standard delivery Delivery within 6 to 10 business days is offered with each purchase.
For international orders, allow 7 to 12 working days for orders under €50.

3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
You can also check the status of your order directly in your customer account.

4. Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to return a product (unused, in its original packaging).

Yes! At FSPORTY, all our equipment (trekking poles, cycling jerseys, padel rackets, etc.) is designed for beginners as well as experienced athletes, with excellent value for money.

6. Are your clothes durable and comfortable?
Absolutely! Our jerseys, cycling shorts, leggings and tank tops are made from breathable, stretchy and durable fabrics – tested to remain opaque and comfortable, even during intense efforts.

7. Can I buy packs or combine several products?
Of course! We regularly offer themed packs (e.g. hiking kit, beginner cycling kit, complete padel kit) to equip you at a lower cost and optimize your outings.

FSPORTY is a French brand with an international presence.
Our partner warehouses ship your orders quickly from Europe (preparation in 1-3 days).
